templates/infra/create-sp-variables.yml seems to be missing #29

tf-ado-deploy-infra.yml from mlops-project-template asks for create-sp-variables.yml, but that file does not exist in templates/infra.

Accidental push to "main" when it wasn't a protected branch... reverted the commit, should work now!
