Need openapi-pipeline-api to run

I think this PR is ready to be completed and merged, but the openapi-pipeline-app needs to run again. I've tried to re-run the Automated merging requirements met stage since it was failing due to missing approvals last week. The approvals has since been given to the PR, so I think if the pipeline gets re-run it should pass. However, I can't seem to get the pipeline to re-run - is there something I need to do/permission that I'm missing?

1. Try adding comment "/azp run". Even if you see an error in reply, the openapi-pipeline should re-run.
2. Push another commit to your PR branch (update from base branch or an empty commit).
