azd up: Error executing step command 'provision'

Hi,

Running 'azd up' and after select the Azure Subscription and location to use and pick the resource group name, I get the following:

Packaging services (azd package)
(✓) Done: Packaging service backend
(✓) Done: Packaging service frontend

ERROR: error executing step command 'provision': failed running pre hooks: failed running scripts for hooks 'azd provision', hook configuration for 'preprovision' is invalid, run is always required.

I downloaded the new release because there was something about fixing Windows deployment (#23), but the az up command is stall failing:

azd up
Packaging services (azd package)
(✓) Done: Packaging service backend
(✓) Done: Packaging service frontend

Any idea to fix it?
