Deployment prompts for openAIApiKey #295

By default, the parameters file defaults to Azure OpenAI.

However, when deploying the app, it prompts for the openAIApiKey.

Is this expected?

The quick fix for it can be:
@description('OpenAI API Key') param openAIApiKey string = ''
