Azure stack hub storage blob not working with KFServing storage uri

KFServing uses storageUri to access external data in its inferenceService custom resource definition. It supports azure storage blob uri patterned as _BLOB_RE = "https://(.+?).blob.core.windows.net/(.+)". But ASH storage blob uri doesn't follow this pattern.
