[Request] Talent Loadout Ex Skinning

As the title describes, i would appreciate if https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/talent-loadout-ex could be skinned as well.
I attempted to hook the Frame myself, but with my limited lua knowledge i was unable to actually get anything skinned.
