Raspberry Pi support

It would be nice to have a complete Raspberry Pi guide to provide all these informations:

• How AppBuilder's config should look like
• Which nugets are required for app to work properly
• Which libs needs to be installed on Pi
• How to setup all necessary things for --fbdev or --drm
• How to setup other gotchas to make app on Pi's ARM run as smooth as on x86/x64 devices

I know we have this wiki.. but it's kind old and I found in issues a bunch of posts when developers are struggling to make their apps to run on any RPi because of lack of guide like this

I will definitely make one if I nail it.. Anyway, any help appreciated
