fix: resolve #576 — Auto-completion of function block parameters on instance declaration

Problem

Severity: High | File: src/editor/completion-provider.ts

Add a completion provider that detects when a user is declaring a function block instance and provides parameter name completions. This should analyze the current context to determine if we're within a function block instantiation and suggest the appropriate parameter names.

Solution

Create a completion provider that:
