"insteadof" should maintain the "of" word

I was typing "insteadof" and let harper correct it, but it suggests "instead" where it would have expected "instead of". The "of" disappeared from my sentence.

This section is intended for examples spotted in the real world or at least in context. (-: Searching for it in GitHub I find pages of the lower camelcase insteadOf identifier but then I do finally come across this misuse:

• Local invoke tries to pull images that are no longer supported. Swap to pulling from aws images insteadof lambci.

My old PR #885 would handle this but so far it hasn't been considered a good idea or a good implementation of the idea?

Done. It's probably a bit stale and with the GFW and a bad toothache I doubt I'll be able to update it.
