PostVersion not implemented? #95

Hi, I am trying to create a new version for the existing file. The document states a PostVersion function under the projectAPI for this purpose but it seems missing in the source code. Any plan to add it or I will create a new one?

This is not the only API that is not implemented in current version.
The signedS3upload/donwload APIs under ObjectsAPI are not implemented too.

I added them back but was unable to pass the test in the pull request. Looks like the Travis CI doesn't support the new VS version.
