Some issue(s) setting up AutoDQM_ML

Had some issues 2 months ago setting up AutoDQM_ML. I think it may have been related to when and how yahist and/or tensorflow are included in the environment.yml file, but my memory is a bit fuzzy. Need to revisit and update instructions.

Not sure if we had the same problem --
I made an update to the tutorial highlighting a problem with tensorflow.
yahist/tensorflow are not environment.yml file anymore.

It might be easier to have a redirection to the tutorial under README instead of having two versions of a "tutorial".
