[BUG] Hard-coded dialog window title needs to read calendar name from settings

**Describe the bug**
The calendar's dialog window always displays the title "Simple Calendar"

Instead it should display the name of the selected calendar configuration.

For now I have hard-coded the title to be the one for the ACKS II calendar.

Can we update the code to read the title from the selected calendar and also reset the title on selection change?
