Application handlers are sent an email notification when an application is made, instructing them that it's ready for review. By default this contains a link to the application in REMS, which is very convenient. The ACDC DAC members would like the email text to additionally reference the ACDC Data Access Request Checklist document.

Update the email sent to handlers when applications are submitted, so that it also links to the reference documentation.
