v0.59 Crash on start MacOS Big Sur 11.3.1

Steps: Install most recent 0.59 version. Drag to Applications. Run game, hit Enter on "Start Game". Game quits immediately.

Also strangely, hitting Enter on the "pickup regex" also crashes in the same way.

This latter dmg was compiled with MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET=13. No idea if that change will fix any issues however.

The v0591 works! But the v0594 doesn't even load up and crashes with

  Symbol not found: __ZNKSt3__115basic_stringbufIcNS_11char_traitsIcEENS_9allocatorIcEEE3strEv
  Referenced from: /Applications/IVAN.app/Contents/MacOS/ivan (which was built for Mac OS X 13.0)
  Expected in: /usr/lib/libc++.1.dylib

Awesome, that's really promising, thanks heaps for testing that out.

And building with MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET=13 does not work - that is good to know.
