support maintaining aws account name in the domain attributes #3170
Description
zms currently maintains the association between athenz domain and aws account id with a 1:1 mapping. however, typically aws admins recognize their accounts based on their account names rather by ids. it would be useful to maintain both the aws account id and the name in the domain attributes.
it would be the responsibility of the admin who is setting up the association between athenz domain and aws account id to include the aws name as well. it should be an optional attribute so the admin may decide that they don't want to maintain the attribute within zms, they can just ignore it.
the pimary use case when the user retrieves the athenz domain details, they'll see both the associated aws account id and the name. the zms server itself does not process nor use this attribute value.
