Voltage card slot number not updating

When operating v4, I tried testing if I could move the voltage card. I moved the voltage card and then updated the slot number in the config file but no data was read out and I saw no analog injection data on the scope. I don't think that this is the end of the world (most users will just run with the voltage card in the correct slot), I just wanted to raise an issue to document it.

@grant-sommer The Cards slots are uniquely wired to the carrier board, so one has to place the voltage card in the slot the carrier board was designed for - moving it around "breaks" the system, now the voltages are going either nowhere or to some other carrier board pins that were not intended.
