[BUG] playlist tags make them bug

Bug Description

All my playlist disappeared from the library after I added tags to one of them. Now, I tried to modify a tag and I crash

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go "playlist tags" in player and audio settings
2. Click on it and try to save a tag
3. It crashes (crash report below)
