My x64 textractor can't hook the text

My x86 Textractor is working fine. but the x64 one can't even hook the text of any game. The latest Amakano 3 requires x64 to work, and I can't find the way to fix it (I have already gone and re-downloaded it 2 times and it's still the same). Does anybody know the problem?

Have you tried updating texthook.dll?
