Additional coding work (not reflected on issues or PRs) 🧑‍💻

Additionally me and @SergioMulet were in charged of performing the releases. This required to perform some code modifications over the master branch that are not being referenced here. This changes were usually just warnings in the React files that would not be accepted due to CI configuration but sometimes they were even some tweaks on some services that were not working to some small and previously localized issue.

Wiki 📖

I also added some decisions to the Wiki:

• Selection of several models as LLMs for the system.
• Use a Virtual Machine in Oracle to deploy the system
• Loading out of usage hours

Due to unexpected errors on the VM I had to do two PRs more:

• Solved some issues with error handling #179
• Added prometheus and grafana to production #180

Note that the second one may not be added to the project as we are not really sure if Grafana and Prometheus should go to production. Also take into account that given that this PR (#180) mainly changes the actions for the release of the app, it might fail and need some more work but the main idea is done and, in the worst case scenario, some small tweaks would be needed.
