Icon disappears when text changes when charging

I have noticed that when the time until charged text (in parathesis to the right of the icon) changes, the icon disappears. Clicking on the empty space where the icon should be brings it back, but it will become hidden again once the text changes. This only seems to happen when the computer is charging, so it would appear to be an issue specific to the charging icon/state. Here is a screenshot of the missing icon:

Good catch; I've noticed this one myself. Hope to take a look into it pretty soon.
