Accurancy of VDCNN Models on Sogou News Datasets

I've run the vdcnn model of 9 layers on sogou news dataset. But the accuracy on test data is just 81.8% on my computer. Can you fix it ?

iterations are 40000, batch size is 1024, and learning rate is 0.005
