Can Grab-site be used in W7 with pip?

Something like:
pip install grab-site? if not is feasible to allow so in the future?
I know latest python is not compatible with W7 but with this it works

I'm guessing it's pretty unlikely, because the installation instructions for Windows describe setting up WSL. But I'm not sure if anyone's ever tested it.

grab-site does not currently work on the latest Python anyway, so that won't be a problem. I believe grab-site only works on Python 3.8 and lower.
