Fix Python Unit Test Runner #1208
Description
- Add graphics mods to the relevant configurations
- Adjust for Special Vanilla being redefined to exclude Angel's Smelting
- Comment out Components and Tech overhaul tests
- Fix any errors that the unit tests highlight
- Make Unit Test Mod call freeplay remote to skip into and cutscene
