TF2 Killfeed Icons from New (Old) XKit

There used to be an XKit extension that changed the reblog icon to the killfeed icons from Team Fortress 2. Would it be possible to re-implement this as an extension?

I've not seen this feature implemented elsewhere and I haven't seen a mention of it throughout the discussions / issues within the repo.

If needed, I can look at porting the code and open a pull request for it, considering you're probably busy with more important functionality.
