[Bug] 浮霜共振器和浮霜重戟制作超限装备时附魔继承异常

Existing behavior - 现有行为

在余烬锻造台制作超限共振器或重戟，如果浮霜的装备在上面的栏位，则该附魔会消失；如果在下面的栏位，则会正常继承。
余烬的装备没有这种问题，在哪个栏位都可以正常继承

Expected behavior - 预期行为

浮霜的装备无论在上下哪个栏位都可以正常继承，不要太“无情“了

这样子放附魔会消失 这样子放附魔不会消失

重戟的同理

这里的会不会消失不是指锻造台的预览处看不看得到，而是拿出来后摁X切换时，发现浮霜装备上的附魔真的没有继承（虽然从预览也是初见端倪）
