Hi Scott, I'm not quite sure what your question is.

You install the .vsix found in the releases page in Visual Studio Code or VS Codium like you would any other extension. Additionally, the extension is available through the VS Code/Codium marketplaces, so you can install it through the extension panel as you would with any other extension.

Do you want me to include the above comments in the Readme, or do you have a different issue with the installation process?
