devmode command only runs from project root #39

COMPOSER_ROOT/config/sync (main)$ ddev devmode off
Configuring settings.local.php for \e[1;0;41m caching and performance \e[0m
cp: cannot stat '.ddev/settings.local.perfmode.php': No such file or directory
Failed to run devmode off; error=exit status 1

Small tweak to the devmode command seems to sort that out.
