BANANA-SLIDES CONTRIBUTOR LICENSE AGREEMENT
By submitting a Contribution to Banana-slides ("Project"), you agree to the terms of this Contributor License Agreement ("CLA").
- Definitions
"Contribution" means any code, documentation, or other original work of authorship that is intentionally submitted by you to the Project for inclusion in the Project.
"You" means the individual or legal entity submitting a Contribution.
"Project Maintainer" means the original author and primary maintainer of the Project.
- Grant of Copyright License
You retain ownership of your Contributions.
You grant the Project Maintainer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, and relicense your Contributions, including for commercial purposes and under proprietary or closed-source terms.
- Grant of Patent License
To the extent you own or control any patent claims necessarily infringed by your Contribution alone or by its combination with the Project, you grant the Project Maintainer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to use, make, have made, sell, offer for sale, import, and otherwise transfer your Contributions as part of the Project or derivative works.
- Representations
You represent that you are legally entitled to grant the above licenses.
If you submit a Contribution on behalf of an employer or another entity, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
- Miscellaneous
If any provision of this CLA is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
