Upon swapping to Fastchess, remove -N, but retain MULTIPLE dist SPSA

Removes the need for -N/--nsockets
Remove multi-dist SPSA, since it was an academic exercise with no real reward in practice

This massively simplifies a lot of very convoluted use cases.

Will need to remove most other code locations.
