Feature Request: Configuration of max stack size in certain inventories

Current Behavior: All inventory max stack sizes are the same as Stacker's maxStacker value.
Desired Behavior: Allow for a way to configure certain max stack sizes depending on the context.

For example, limiting hoppers to 64 so item filters are not as expensive, limit furnaces to 64 to avoid sidelining potential smelting infrastructure.

It might be best to avoid this option with brewing stands due to their nature.

Yeah this is something that I need to look into, this also affects comparators' ability to read containers
