[Proposal] Co-Maintainer & PR Review Support for upcoming GrantFox / Wave cycles

I’ve delivered 5 merged PRs on AnchorNet-Frontend across recent cycles. I’m super familiar with your UI architecture, component structure, and state management.

During active GrantFox / Drips Wave sprint windows, PR reviews and contributor management can get heavy. I’d love to join as a co-maintainer / PR reviewer on GitHub to help offload that work.

I can take full ownership of:

1. Applicant Screening: Vetting developer scorecards before assigning issues.
2. PR Code Reviews: Checking incoming PRs for code quality, responsiveness, and test coverage.
3. Issue Triage: Scoping backlogs, writing issue specs, and managing platform campaign labels.
