[Bug]: Agents are not copied from the bundle to copilotconfiguration

Description

the installed bundle:

skills are here

no trace of agents in .copilot or ~/.config/Code/User

Steps to Reproduce

1 install any bundle containing an agent
2 check copilot configurations folders

Expected Behavior

agent/ is somewhere in copilot

Actual Behavior

no agent/ symlink to installed bundle

That's only relevant for the CLI for now. The extension has its own rules. We'll verify what could have gone wrong here.

@fabrice-dunan : the problem is understood.
Your agent files are in the right location, but they do not follow the convention we had to stick to when we've introduced the support for custom agents.

In short: we had to suffix each of the custom agent with .agent.md. That's no longer required. Any markdown with the correct syntax(frontmatter) will be considered in more recent versions of the VSCode.

A quick fix(if possible): align with this convention. Otherwise, you may wait a bit for a fix.

The problem here is about a slight divergence from the current practices used in the tools we're supporting. The VSCode evolved and relaxed the rules. We should follow.
