[Feature]: Prompt registry support of Kiro and Claude code

Problem Statement

• More and more user are using:
  • Kiro
  • Claude code

First focus should be Kiro

Proposed Solution

• We should support installation of prompt registry in those IDE
• We might need to fix publication to openvsx
• We need when installing collection to properly translate them from copilot specific primitives to the matching format for each IDE (location, filename, file location, frontmatter).

Skills and plugin are already supported by default in both claude and vscode. But we might need to flag as copilot only some collections that have other type of primitives in a first time.
We should be careful also about agent which are not standard
