Key Deletion

If one of the keys to the crossroads doors gets deleted in any way (despawn, void, fire, lava, just straight up lost, etc.) is there a way to spawn that specific key back so it links up with the right portal? Or do I just need to get a new blank teleporter key and make a whole new crossroads? Cause it sucks having one portal just missing from the room.

Survival Mode answer: new teleporter hub key, sorry. But, you could reuse your existing portals everywhere and just swap the keys in them for the ones taken from the new hub.

I've thought about ways to regenerate lost keys, but they're complicated. Not hard to implement, but hard for the player in-game. Like, which portal, where? Point at it? Then craft another item?

Creative Mode answer: it can be replaced with commands. First get another key from the same hub and duplicate it. There is a value on that key (in NBT or as a component) called 'theme'. 0 is the oak door that you originally entered from and 1-7 are the other wood types, clockwise. So now you know how to give yourself a key to any other door.
