Description
Referring to: https://allthemods.github.io/alltheguides/help/server/amp/
The link to CubeCoders' docs is both misspelt and out of date, should be updated to link to the CubeCoders Discourse.
It adds a couple steps, but you can use the CurseForge download URL to download the server files into AMP's file manager, then rename+unzip+rezip+unzip to get rid of the horrid nested folder situation. Or just upload+unzip+rezip+unzip to skip the 7z step in the guide, as I've seen some people just zip it right back into a nested folder lol.
I have a guide on the AMP Discoruse that uses ATM as an example due to various hangups people encounter with the nested folder inside the zip and finding the right modloader version info from the startup scripts (sometimes you can't trust a user to just check their client lol).

Regarding missing Java 21, AMP's Discourse has a guide for that as well:

I don't see why the guide suggests disabling TPS tracking, otherwise the defaults shown look pretty decent.
Though some users may want to disable Configuration -> Minecraft -> Performance -> Use Synchronous IO if they're using slower disks or have issues with chunkgen/loading.
