[Modpack Bug]: Relics - Step Height Broken After Death #296

Describe the issue
After death the step height increase from the running shoes or other items is not working. Not sure if this is an old bug that we have seen before or not but i tried running without RAR-Compact and it worked. Unfortunately this testing was on single player, and it's unclear if this is an old problem resurfacing or not.
