[Modpack Bug]: Silent Gear Properties Not Working Properly

Describe the issue

For the Crimson Steel set, for some strange reason, the Flame Ward ability is not properly registering. I have a full set of Crimson Steel Armor, yet have not been getting fire resistance. Furthermore, I have prismarine coating on them, and have not been getting water breathing. These traits still do exist on the parts, but disappear when making armor. This was NOT the case on version 0.10.0

Bump, I am getting the same thing with my Crimson/Azure/Tyrian alloy's.
