Occassionally when seeking through a song it will lag a significant amount (>0.5s) #32

Happens both via app seek bar and notification seek bar. Probably introduced in #31
Seems to occur here at CCodec. So maybe just a .flac decoder issue, or something isn't being flushed/released correctly.
The issue persists for as long as the song is being played, so when seeking it will lag always, but appears to lag less when seeking to same place; issue ends when moving to another song.
