Can't make it work with docker-compose up

Hello :), first, thx for this project!

I'm trying to run this with docker-compose up but while it loads, I can't reach localhost:8000. I don't know much about npm and gulp ecosystem, but I guess I should be able to get it running with docker-compose right?
