async world ticking for 1.16.4

Will https://github.com/Akarin-project/Akarin/blob/ver/1.16.4/patches/removed-server/0018-Option-for-async-world-ticking.patch be ported to 1.16.4 as it's in the 1.16.4 branch? I would love to see that happen and to mess around with it. I know it's unstable, but I think the concept is interesting.
