Wont level up

I downloaded it on my pc and so far every thing is working pretty well here and there objects will become black rectangles but whatever, but for some reason it won't level up past 4 I don't know why I have gotten more xp and it won't level up I have closed and reopend it idk I have to wait to raid and when I do hopefully it fixes it, any help would be nice (also thank you for reviving this)
