liquidation indexing is slow #47

In this run it took 17min. It never finishes in under 10min.

The other jobs take <5min so if we could speed up liquidation indexing CI would finish ~3x faster.

The main time cost is waiting for the liquidations to show up. Maybe we can use a base image in which they already have.
