Wiki Enhancements

wiki page has a few things to round it out

• When a page is defined in the URL that wiki page should be selected, currently it has no wiki page selected
• When a page is selected the side bar button should be greyed out
• When a page is added to a section that section should expand
• ctrl + s, ctrl + e functionality
• Revert page back to view mode on successful wiki page update
• Add save label/tootlip to the save button
• Add the ability to delete wiki sections by right clicking and clicking delete (like wiki pages)
