Hazmat Cryptography

Preamble

This feature proposes to add the following encryption and encoding functions to this library:

Encoding and Decoding

• morse code
• bin/oct/hex code (and other base)

Encryption and Decryption

• caesar cypher
• transposition cypher
• affine cypher
• vigenere cypher

Requirements

• all methods should implement overloads for acting on both strings and files

Remarks

These methods would be a good fit for the security namespace, inside a static Hazmat class. Note that all the encryption methods listed above should be accompanied by a SecurityWarning. This class is indented for decryption purposes only, their encryption counterparts are only implemented for the sake of completeness.
