Summary

Implement an industrial thermal plume telemetry and urban heat island suite for monitoring industrial surface temperature impacts, evaluating thermal plume dissipation, estimating urban heat mitigation measures, assessing cooling discharge thermal shock, and calibrating infrared radiometric emissivity.
