[BUG] SymptomVisualization uses nonexistent backend instead of stored symptom reports

Bug Description

src/components/SymptomVisualization.jsx is currently an orphaned component that is not imported anywhere in the codebase.

More importantly, the component attempts to load symptom data from:

http://localhost:3001/api/symptoms/aggregated
