[Bug] When clicking suggestion items, clicks the clikable widget behind

Steps to reproduce

The issue happens in some Android devices and Ios

Expected results

The clickable widgets behind the suggestion box should not be clicked

Actual results

When the suggestion box is opened and if there is a clickable widget(button) behind the suggestion box, clicking the suggestion items, the buttons behind are also clicked.
