Allow limiting max usable RAM via memory cgroup #38
Description
Requires CONFIG_MEMCG=y on kernel side, then something like lxc.cgroup.memory.limit_in_bytes = 1024M added to /var/lib/waydroid/lxc/waydroid/config (custom changes wiped on each boot with 20.04 due to waydroid-container.service running waydroid upgrade -o for post-OTA config updates etc, so perhaps a "config fragment" solution like appending all of /var/lib/waydroid/lxc/waydroid/config.d/* to end of the config file has to be incorporated first)
