Add addTimestampsToConsoleMethods function

We should use the updated version including the callConsoleMethodWithTimestampPrefixIfNotAlreadyTimestamped function, which is designed to work with serverLog.

(If possible let’s try to have TypeScript verify that startsWithDateStampRegExp’s format matches serverLog’s.)
