What is the feature?
Enhance the "Number of Completed Projects" graph on the About page (/about) by adding smooth animations and better visual interactions.
How would users benefit from it?

What scenarios would this feature address?
Currently the graph appears static without animation. Adding animations will make the data visualization clearer and more interactive.
